Homeless Resource Center

The Homeless Resource Center (HRC) provides homeless outreach services, crisis intervention, case management, and connection to shelter and housing for individuals experiencing literal homelessness. HRC staff works closely with each individual to identify their needs and develop a plan to transition from homelessness into stable housing. In addition to housing assistance, staff help clients connect with benefits, establish relationships with providers for long term support, and resources in the community to help individuals reach their goals.

Operation Hope of Fairfield provides every homeless service we always have, apart
from overnight beds. If you need a bed tonight, call 211 and they
will find one for you.

Supportive Affordable Housing

Our Supportive Affordable Housing provides clean and safe
rental housing for previously homeless families and individuals. The
combination of affordable rent and support services helps our tenants
remain in housing and achieve their ongoing goals.

A home is the beginning rather than the end. Our team stays involved
after the lease is signed, because keeping housing is its own work—and
nobody should have to do it alone.
