21st ANNUAL EVENING OF HOPE

 

Bonjour! Oh, what a night! Our 21st annual Evening of Hope “An Evening in Paris” last Thursday night at The Inn at Longshore was simply fabulous! Thank you to everyone who helped us raise money to end hunger and homelessness, one person at a time. 

 

We celebrated our Champion of Hope, Debbi O’Keefe, for her commitment to our community and especially to our neighbors in need. Debbi is a treasure and we are grateful for her light shining brightly on us.

STAMP OUT HUNGER FOOD DRIVE MAY 11

Donate food directly at your mailbox Saturday, May 11 for the National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive! It’s easy for friends in Fairfield! Simply keep an eye out for the yellow plastic bag in your mailbox and then fill it with some much-needed items listed below. Leave the bag by your mailbox in time for your mail pick up on Saturday. Rain or shine, your postal worker will pick up and drop off at Operation Hope. Thank you for helping us feed our struggling neighbors in need! Many of our neighbors in need are a paycheck or life situation away from losing their home. The impact of homelessness is huge. In this fragile economic environment, this can happen anywhere and to anyone. Help us make our neighbors’ experience of homelessness rare, brief and one time.
