Supportive Housing Works’ 100 Day Team is doing big things to move the needle on ending youth homelessness in Fairfield County. The team has set a goal to safely and stably house or divert 75 young adults and ensure 50% of them are connected to employment or actively engaged in an education/employment program in 100 days.
