Who doesn’t love to celebrate the small and big wins in life? That can be challenging when you might not have the means to do so. The 5th grade class of Osborn Hill Elementary School has a lot to celebrate, and while doing so, decided they wanted to give back to our community. They created 40 “Celebration Kits” to be distributed in our Food Pantry to clients who would like to celebrate any special occasion…birthday, graduation, new home, good report card, or any moment that calls for celebration! Each kit includes a box of cake mix, frosting, sprinkles, candles, 8 paper plates, 8 napkins and a small pack of balloons. Thanks so much to this class of big-hearted students who want to share the joy of life, and especially with those most in need in our community. We wish the OHS 5th grade much success as they head off to middle school!
