Hope blooms from this beautiful project! 💐Thank you to Flowers for Friends, a project started by Sophie Pennock-Collins 8 years ago, when she was 6 years old. The group has blossomed into a group of friends who grow and gather blooms, make bouquets and sell them at Black Rock Farmers Market to raise money to help the homeless. The girls made $2,000 more this season than they have in the last 4 years, a total of $5,000!
We are grateful to be one of the worthy recipients of this kindness. Thank you to everyone who has supported Flowers for Friends over the years, purchasing flowers, donating flowers and helping out in other ways. And an especially big thank you to the girls who make this project possible and their parents – Sophie, Grace, Grace, Louisa, Tierney, Oola, Sarah, Senvene, Sierra and Clara.
