CT Love Army Food Drive, November 4-18
November 4 - November 18
CT Love Army is hosting a multi-week food drive this November to support various local orgs who help battle food insecurity, Operation Hope is grateful to be one of these orgs, in addition to Bridgeport Rescue Mission and other local spots around CT. This is especially important right now as thousands of CT families have lost access to food through the suspension of SNAP. Please donate non-perishable food items, money or grocery store gift cards in $25 increments. Drop off is at any of these locations through November 18:

- 154 Grovers Ave, Black Rock (Bridgeport)
- Pious Bird, 2960 Fairfield Ave, Black Rock (Bridgeport)

CT Love Army is a counter-culture movement where people of all political, social, cultural and spiritual backgrounds can connect through the common thread of “love.”
Our mission is to facilitate acts of love for everyday people by offering ideas and opportunities for volunteerism and community action. We are creating environments where people are encouraged and inspired to improve their communities through these acts of love.
Everyday people really want to help others but they don’t know where to start. CT Love Army fills that need.
We offer opportunities for people to participate in improving their communities through food and clothing drives, volunteering, prayer/meditation and membership activities such as workshops, gatherings and group outings.
