Almost 3 weeks ago, thousands of guests descended upon the Fairfield Theatre Company campus for ConnectFairfield’s 1st Fairfield International Food Fest 
Featuring delicious bites and beverages with an international flair, entertainment of all kinds for all ages and very generous sponsors, the event was an opportunity for guests to take a trip around the world without ever leaving the 06824/5 (no need to remember a passport, pack a bag or suffer through security lines!) 
While there are many guests, sponsors, supporters, global eateries, beverage purveyors, entertainers and event-related professionals to thank, 
the person we most want to thank from the bottom of our heart is Debbi O’Keefe, founder of ConnectFairfield 
This event celebrating culture + community was her brainchild, and always the one with the biggest heart 
, she made Operation Hope of Fairfield the beneficiary of the Fest. Debbi, thank you for always keeping our neighbors in need and the work we do to end hunger and homelessness, one person at a time, close to your heart!
