“Fairfield Fights Hunger” Food Drive through July

July 1 - July 31

In the month of July, various local organizations are working with State Senator Tony Hwang, Operation Hope of Fairfield and Connecticut Food Share in a “Fairfield Fights Hunger” food drive to combat food insecurity and summer hunger. Please drop off your donations at any of the Fairfield and Southport locations listed here: Bigelow Senior Center, Black Rock Church, Fairfield Public Library (Main & Woods branch), Fairfield YMCA, Greenfield Hill Congregational Church, Or Hadash, Pequot Library, St. Pius X of Fairfield, Southport Congregational Church, and Wakeman Boys & Girls Club Southport. See list of needed items below, regular sized items (not bulk) preferred. Thank you for helping feed our neighbors in need and for calling attention to food insecurity in our community, especially during the summer months.
